This is my page about Tupac Shakur.

Tupac Amaru Shakur was born June 16, 1971. He was constantly being moved around, but his artistic talents were with him since the day he was born. He attended the Baltimore School of Arts, which allowed him to truly shine.

He started off his career with Digital Underground as a backup dancer, but when was given the oppurtunity to rap on one of the songs, his career as a rap artist took off. With the release of 2pacalypse Now, Tupac became well known worldwide, with his hit single "Brenda's Got a Baby" Tupac then released his second CD, which contained the single "Keep Your Head Up" which cemented Tupac in the rap game. He also worked in many movies in his time, and all his work can be found here.  Tupac was more then just a rapper to many, he was a teacher, and a mentor. Tupac talked about real problems with the world, most of which he had seen or experienced as a child.

Tupac was more then just a "thug" as many people view him as, and his legacy will live on for years to come.
